The Missionary Life can be so HARD
After our first six weeks
"out in the field" we all reunited in Guastoya for a 5-day
retreat. What a blast. I think not having a flushing toilet is a
fair sacrifice for the fun we had on this trip. While it was hotter than a
butt crack on the coast of Guatemala, near the Caribbean, it was gorgeous and we
had a blast. We kayaked, ate lots of great food, slept in bungalows,
visited ruins, chatted and reflected on our time in Guatemala. |
